CCD，英文全称：Charge-Coupled Device，中文全称：电荷耦合元件。可以称为CCD图像传感器，也叫图像控制器。CCD是一种半导体器件，能够把光学影像转化为数字信号。CCD上植入的微小光敏物质称作像素 (Pixel)。一块CCD上包含的像素数越多，其提供的画面分辨率也就越高。CCD的作用就像胶片一样，但它是把光信号转换成电荷信号。CCD上有许多排列整齐的光电二极管，能感应光线，并将光信号转变成电信号，经外部采样放大及模数转换电路转换成数字图像信号。该探头应用的是用于高速检测的线阵CCD，几乎可以检测出所有织物，包括硫化黑。

CCD is a kind of semiconductor Device, can convert the optical image into digital signal. The photosensitive substance implanted on CCD is named as Pixel. Contains the more pixels on a piece of CCD, the picture resolution provided by which is also the highest. The CCD role is like film, but it converts the light signal into electric charge signal. On the CCD, there are a lot of neat rows of photoelectric diode which can detect light, and convert the light signal into electrical signal, through the external sampling, it is amplified and the analog to digital conversion circuit is converted into digital image signal. This probe is used for high speed detection line CCD, which can detect almost all fabrics, including sulfur black.
